Our Curriculum
All of our curriculum selections are approved by the NAD Office of Education.
OAKS provides a well-rounded program to encourage social, emotional, spiritual, physical, and intellectual growth in our students. Our teaching staff use curriculum approved and provided by the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists Office of Education. OAKS uses Big Ideas Math in grades K-8. Our instruction in reading is centered about a balanced literacy program that includes reading, writing, grammar, and the Saxon Phonics curriculum in grades K-2. Each teacher leads a dynamic and interactive Bible class based on the principals found in the Encounter Curriculum.
