Tuition

Adventist education is an investment and we believe that OAKS provides the greatest value per dollar of any school in the area. OAKS is committed to delivering Christ-centered academic excellence at a tuition rate that remains competitive with other schools in the Collegedale area.

While our most favorable tuition rate is available to families who are members of the Ooltewah Seventh-day Adventist Church, we also offer a variety of discounts to make Adventist education accessible and affordable for many families.

Constituent Church Support & Tuition Subsidy Policy

The Ooltewah Seventh-day Adventist Church serves as the sole constituent church for Ooltewah Adventist School. As such, the church provides significant financial support to the school’s operating expenses, growth initiatives, and to help make tuition more affordable for its members.

To qualify for this tuition subsidy, families are expected to actively support the Ooltewah Seventh-day Adventist Church through the following:

  • Maintain membership at the Ooltewah Seventh-day Adventist Church
  • Attend church regularly (at least 2–3 times per month)
  • Participate in church life, giving, and activities

Application Procedure for Constituent Eligibility

  • Complete and submit this application by the announced deadline
  • The church will review and notify the school of eligibility status
  • A new application must be submitted each year for both new and returning students

OAKS Worthy Student Fund Guidelines

The OAKS Worthy Student fund exists to make OAKS accessible to families who are unable to pay full tuition. It is designed to support mission-fit students while ensuring that funds are distributed fairly and responsibly. Please download the guideline document to learn more about the program.

The Hope Bearer Award

The Hope Bearer Award encourages students to memorize key Bible passages about hope, trust, and the promise of Jesus’ return. Families can earn tuition credit when students successfully memorize and recite these passages. This award honors JJ Wong’s love for hiding God’s word in her heart and encourages others to follow her example.

Eligibility – all OAKS students may participate in this program

Partnering for Eternity (PFE) Scholarship

Families can also enroll in the Partnering for Eternity (PFE) Program to earn additional tuition assistance. The goal of the program is for students and mentors to create intergenerational relationships and experience the blessing of service.

In the process, students receive scholarship for their tuition and mentors receive the gift of friendship and ability to bestow their knowledge and skills on to a younger generation, hopefully making an impact for years to come.

Families who are interested in this program must first attend a training session for this program to be eligible to participate in the program.
